Refund Policy
We want you to love what you order from Brand&Trend. If something is not right, here is how returns work.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
Eligible Items
Items can be returned if they are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Free of perfume, makeup, deodorant, or other marks
- Returned in their original packaging when possible
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Sale"
- Underwear, swimwear, and intimates (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
Email us at nataliiamk0111@gmail.com within the 14-day window with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for return
We will send you instructions on where to ship the return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery at nataliiamk0111@gmail.com. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
Late Returns
Returns received after the 14-day window may be refused or refunded as store credit at our discretion.
